1. Definitions
User: Any person who browses, registers, or books through the Platform. Owner: An individual or business that uploads and manages listings (hotels, pools, venues, schools, etc.). Booking: A reservation made through the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Onostay you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and you must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Account Registration
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Listings & Bookings
Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including availability, pricing, descriptions, and photos. Users must review listing details before making a Booking.
- Onostay facilitates connections between Users and Owners and does not own or operate the listed properties.
- Owners set their own cancellation, modification, and house rules; Users must follow those policies.
5. Payments
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. By making a Booking you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout. Onostay is not responsible for payment processor errors, delays, or disputes.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Owner's policy for each listing. Onostay may offer support for disputes but is not the final arbiter in Owner–User payment disputes unless otherwise stated.
7. Prohibited Activities
When using the Platform you must not:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Use the Platform for illegal activities or to post prohibited content.
- Attempt to interfere with or damage the Platform's operation.
8. Intellectual Property
All Onostay content—logos, text, graphics, and software—are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." ONOSTAY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ONOSTAY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Onostay and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
Onostay may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform. Users may close their accounts at any time through account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will post the revised Terms on the Platform with the updated Effective Date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
13. Governing Law
